Mission Statement:
UBCA is an independent non-profit community based organization dedicated in assisting Ugandans living in Massachusetts access the most accurate , dependable and actionable information necessary and important to be a guide in their decision-making process in overcoming their social- economic hardships as they aspire to live as legal residents and citizens of United States Of America.
UBCA will strive to establish the most effective partnership with Massachusetts State government, Federal Agencies, Town councils , International and national non-government agencies, religious agencies, Corporations, philanthropies and Ugandan associations to support the Ugandan community to organize and develop.

Goals and Objectives:
The main goals and objectives of UBCA will be:
- To provide accurate and actionable information through research and formal contacts with authentic sources that help to solve community member’s major concerns and problems.
- To assist Ugandans living in Massachusetts Integrate in the American society.
- To develop programs that will benefit new arrivals In United States of America from Uganda.
- To Promote Volunteerism and active participation in the Uganda community and other communities we reside.
- To coordinate and collaborate with other Ugandan organizations that share similar goals and objectives
